We are looking for a result’s driven Retail Store Manager in our Topsham location to be responsible for the overall store management.  The manager’s hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 to 4:00 (45 hours per week) with the understanding that you are responsible for making sure all shifts are staffed.  The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage a staff of three effectively.  Candidates will have knowledge of Word and Excel.  Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.  Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.  Deal with issues that arise from staff to customers.   Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.  DRIVER’S LICENSE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION
